You have the right to apply for a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the products (include weekend & public holiday).
In case you are not satisfied with the products after receiving them, you can contact us to discuss the handling of returns and you must deliver the returned goods within 7 days after your return request has been filed and approved by our customer services. Unless the return requests are due to damaged or faulty items, the costs for returning the goods should be paid by the buyer(s). We would process a refund (by means of cash coupon used in the store) within 7 days of receiving the returned items by us. Also, you have the obligation to provide a documentation proof (e.g. delivery note) for the returned items and send it to our customer services in order to complete the refund procedures.
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you submit the application form and return them to us within 7 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will bear the additional postage costs incurred by the returns.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
